Maria Nicoli

With over 19 years of experience in the finance industry, Maria brings a wealth of knowledge and a personal touch to every client interaction. Her career spans 12 years as a broker, more than 3 years as a credit assessor, and 4 years as a broker support officer. Fluent in Italian and several Slavic languages, she’s skilled at bridging language and cultural gaps to ensure clients feel understood and supported.

Maria offers a complete, well-informed finance experience—from pre-approval through to settlement and beyond. Her strong relationships with lending partners and in-depth product knowledge allow her to tailor solutions that best suit each client’s needs. With a background in real estate and hands-on experience owning owner-occupied, investment, and commercial properties, she brings real-world insights into different property markets and the buying process.

She’s passionate about building lasting relationships and making sure clients feel confident every step of the way. Maria also believes in a team-focused approach, encouraging clients to get to know the team members who’ll support them throughout the journey, helping make the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Maria’s commitment to exceptional service has earned her numerous accolades, including 2023 Winner of Best Customer Service, the Platinum Customer Satisfaction award, and Mortgage Protection Insurance Broker of the Year at the 2019 Australian Mortgage Awards. Linda is our dedicated Customer Service Manager at City Wide Loans, bringing over 40 years of experience in banking and finance. She’s passionate about helping clients through every stage of the loan process—whether you’re buying your first home, refinancing, or investing.

Linda is especially skilled in handling complex scenarios like SMSFs and self-employed applications, and she’s with you from lodgment to settlement to ensure everything runs smoothly. She works closely with agents, solicitors, and lenders to make sure your loan is approved and settled on time.

Known for her reliability and attention to detail, Linda has been nominated multiple times for Best Loan Administrator. She’s committed to making your experience stress-free and building strong relationships every step of the way.

Sally Rodrigues

Sally is our vibrant Client Relationship Officer at City Wide Loans, with over 5 years on the team helping clients secure better rates and deals. Known for building strong relationships, Sally is passionate about advocating for your best interests, whether you’re reviewing your current loan or applying for a new one.

Originally from India and having lived in several countries, Sally brings a multicultural perspective to the team. As a homeowner and investor, she understands the ins and outs of land purchases, construction loans, and refinancing, offering confident guidance throughout the process.

Sally works with you from lodgment to settlement, ensuring everything runs smoothly. She coordinates with agents, solicitors, and lenders to make sure your loan is approved and settled on time.

Meldy To-Ong

Client Services Officer

Meldy is your point of contact for any queries post settlement. Her focus is to check up on you and make sure that you are happy with your new loan. She will also touch base with you every now and then post-settlement to make sure your loan is meeting your expectations. She lets you know that you are more than just a loan to us – you are a valued client and we want to ensure you are being looked after, long after you have signed the loan acceptance offer.
